1. Tell Us What You Need
Upon receiving your inquiry, we’ll reach out to review your design parameters. Next, we’ll create concept drawings for you to review. We can revise the design as many times as needed until it’s exactly what you want.
2. Finalization and Cost
Once the design is finalized, we’ll send you a quote based on the size, complexity, and wood type, along with our current production times. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot in the queue, with the remaining balance due upon completion, before shipping.
3. Build and Delivery
You’ll receive regular photo updates throughout the build. Once complete, we’ll coordinate with you to schedule delivery. Shipping typically takes 2 weeks, depending on the destination.
